At Worn Promise, every piece is crafted and delivered with care. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, jewelry worn or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
